Rava Dosa is made from a batter of semolina (rava), rice flour and maida — no fermentation needed. The result is a paper-thin, lacy dosa with an incredibly crispy texture. Seasoned with cumin, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves, it's a quick and flavourful breakfast option.
