Ghee Pudi Dosa is the indulgent version of Pudi Dosa. Our crispy plain dosa is sprinkled with house-made idli pudi and finished with a generous drizzle of pure cow's ghee — never vanaspati. The ghee gives a richer golden crust and carries the spice flavours of the pudi much more fully than oil. Folded and served with fresh coconut chutney and a bowl of homemade hot sambar.
In a traditional Brahmin household, ghee was reserved for special-occasion dosas — guests, festivals, Sunday mornings.
