Cheese Masala Dosa is the modern Bangalore-cafe twist on the classic. Our thin crispy dosa from overnight-fermented batter is topped with Brahmin-style spiced potato masala (no garlic, no onion) and a generous helping of melted cheese (mozzarella + processed blend). The cheese melts into the masala before the dosa is folded — kids love the cheese pull, parents love that it is real, fresh food. Served with fresh coconut chutney and a bowl of homemade hot sambar.
