Akki Rotti is a uniquely Karnataka breakfast — a thick flatbread made from rice flour mixed with grated coconut, green chillies, cumin and curry leaves. Cooked on a griddle with a drizzle of oil, it has a slightly crispy exterior and a soft inside. Served with coconut chutney or sambar.
