Most restaurants decide the garlic for you. Shastrys Cafe doesn't. On our pure-vegetarian **Indo-Chinese** menu, when you order online you choose **with garlic** or **without garlic** — a level of control we haven't seen offered anywhere else in Bangalore.

Why We Offer the Choice
It comes from who we are: a traditional South Indian Brahmin kitchen. Our South Indian food — idli, dosa, bisibelebath, sweets — is **always** cooked without garlic, true to Sattvic principles. So when we built our Indo-Chinese menu, we kept that respect for the no-garlic eater **and** gave garlic-lovers their flavour. You decide per order.

Gobi Manchurian (Dry): — ₹90 — Crispy cauliflower florets tossed in a spicy soy-ginger glaze.
Gobi Manchurian (Gravy): — ₹90 — Cauliflower florets in a thick Manchurian sauce — perfect with fried rice.
Baby Corn Manchurian: — ₹90 — Crunchy baby corn tossed in spicy Manchurian sauce.
Paneer Manchurian: — ₹95 — Soft paneer cubes tossed in spicy Manchurian sauce.
Chilli Paneer: — ₹95 — Paneer stir-fried with capsicum, onion and spicy soy glaze.
Chilli Gobi: — ₹90 — Crispy cauliflower tossed with green chillies, capsicum and soy.
Chilli Baby Corn: — ₹90 — Baby corn tossed with green chillies and spicy soy glaze.
Chilli Mushroom: — ₹95 — Button mushrooms tossed with chillies, capsicum and soy.
Veg Manchurian (Gravy): — ₹90 — Mixed vegetable balls in a rich Manchurian gravy.
Veg American Chop Suey: — ₹95 — Crispy fried noodles topped with sweet-sour vegetable gravy and fried egg-like topping.
