The iconic Masala Dosa — a thin, crispy crepe of fermented rice and lentil batter, filled with a fragrant potato masala made with mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric and green chillies. Our version stays true to the Brahmin tradition — just the pure flavour of potato with tempering. Served with freshly ground coconut chutney and a bowl of homemade sambar.
