About Our Benne Masala Dosa
Benne Masala Dosa (butter masala dosa) is a Davangere specialty that has won hearts across Karnataka. Our version uses fresh white butter applied generously as the dosa cooks on the griddle, filled with spiced potato masala, giving it an incredibly rich flavour and a slightly softer texture than regular dosa. Served with coconut chutney and a bowl of homemade sambar. A true indulgence.
